2007 CA-2 Senate Joint Resolution 7 Proposing an amendment to Article 10, Section 1 of the Constitution of New Mexico to allow for midterm salary increases for county officers.
2/28/2008 CA-3 Senate Joint Resolution 1 Proposing an amendment to Article 5 of the Constitution of New Mexico to require confirmation of Cabinet Secretaries at the beginning of each term of a Governor.
2/28/2008 CA-4 Senate Joint Resolution 4 Proposing to amend Article 7, Section 1 of the Constitution of New Mexico to allow school elections to be held at the same time as non-partisan elections.
2/28/2008 CA-5 Senate Joint Resolution 8 Proposing an amendment to Article 5 of the Constitution of New Mexico to provide that, in the case of a vacany in the office of Lieutenant Governor, the Governor shall fill the vacany by appointment with the consent of the Senate.
